Return Policy
You can return products within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are provided only for damaged products or incorrect sizes (different from what was ordered). For other reasons, we offer replacements or eVouchers valid for one year.
We offer free returns and replacements for wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), incorrect sizes, or damaged items. However, the company reserves the right to charge shipping fees for cases subject to legal scrutiny.
Exchanges are allowed for the same or different products.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our Support Team within 15 days of delivery by calling 033 9856871 or emailing rupshabutiqe@gmail.com. Please provide your Order Number, courier docket or AWB number, and the reason for the return.

• All tags must be intact and returned with the product.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a simple cancellation process for our valued customers. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped, and the full order amount will be refunded.

Refund Method
For both cancelled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective items), the refund will be credited to the original payment method (online banking, credit card, debit card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT.

We may require product images and tags in the following cases:
• Defective product: Product image required.
• Wrong product: Product and tag images required.
• Wrong size: Product and tag images required.
• Unhappy with colour (faded/blurred): Product image required.
• Product different from the website: Product image required.
• Incomplete order: Tag image required.
