Shipping
We deliver our products across India. Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, kindly provide a full street address along with the postal/zip code and a telephone/mobile number for smooth delivery.
Please be aware that we do not ship products on Sundays and public holidays in India, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible for the re-shipment or any associated costs, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Delivery Time
Our minimum delivery time is 4 to 5 days, and the maximum delivery time is 8 to 10 days.
Shipment and Tracking Details
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. This email will include the tracking number and the courier company’s website details.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.
GST & Custom Duties
GST, custom taxes, and import duties are beyond our control and vary according to the regulations of different countries. These charges must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT, custom taxes, and import duties are not included in our pricing but may be charged by your government.
The courier company may also impose additional service charges on a case-by-case basis.
Delays
The shipping times mentioned on our website for each product are indicative and approximate. In certain situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for delivery delays.
If there is a delay due to an item being out of stock or an unusual delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Please note that delivery dates are approximate, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate shipments, and in some cases, we may offer a refund for the unfulfilled part of the order.
